District clerk Kimberly Monzon has confirmed that only two candidates for Katonah-Lewisboro school board returned nominating petitions by the Monday, April 19 5 p.m. deadline. They are Board President Marjorie Schiff, who is seeking a fourth board term, and first-time candidate Elana Shneyer.

Terrence Cheng, who served one term on the board, is not seeking reelection. 

The two candidates will be on the annual budget vote and election ballot Tuesday, May 18, to fill the two trustee seats that are open this year.
