The sentencing of former Lewisboro Town Justice Marc Seedorf for one count of federal tax evasion has been pushed back for the third time.

The Lewisboro resident was originally scheduled to be sentenced March 24 after he pled guilty Dec. 6 to the charge. He resigned as Town Court Justice on March 15. His seat was filled by John Pappalardo, who is running in November to win a full term as town justice.

Mr. Seedorf’s sentencing was rescheduled for a second time for July 2 due to the persisting COVID-19 health crisis. A spokesperson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York confirmed on Tuesday that sentencing did not take place July 2, and is now rescheduled for Sept. 15 at 3:45 p.m.
